One contact, from requirement to port

MekSource is a China-based sourcing and coordination partner. We do not own a factory and we do not present ourselves as one — our value is comparing routes and staying responsible for the order.

What we do

What we do

Four steps, each with a defined output.

01

We pin down the job

You tell us load, lift height, aisle, power and destination. We come back with a written requirement — and the questions you would otherwise have learned the hard way. Output: a specification you can send to any supplier.

02

We trace who actually builds it

The machine is traced to the factories that genuinely make it, not the listings that merely resell it. Each route is shown by region and by what it can evidence. Output: a shortlist of routes.

03

We check what they can prove

Component sources, wear parts, packing, export paperwork. If a factory cannot evidence something, we do not pass it on to you as fact. Output: the documents behind each route.

04

We make the numbers line up

Same capacity, same mast, same battery, same charger, same packing — quoted side by side, with what each route includes stated. Output: a structured comparison.

Why it is organised this way

Why it is organised this way

The money buyers lose in cross-border sourcing is usually not lost on price — it is lost on a quote that cannot be compared. One quote is a bare machine, another includes the charger, a third is actually a deposit. The numbers look comparable; they are not. Fixing the specification first and requiring every route to quote against it is the only way the numbers come to mean anything. That is why the process is sequenced this way.

What we do not do

What we do not do

This section matters more than the one above it. Knowing where the boundary sits tells you what to rely on.

What we do

  • We compare several routes on one identical specification, and state what each includes.
  • We obtain the documents a route can provide, and share the document name and the issuing party.
  • We stay on the order from specification through packing, spare parts and export handoff.
  • We will tell you not to buy when that is the honest answer — including recommending against electric.
  • We keep one point of contact, so you are not chasing several people.

What we do not do

  • ✕We do not own a factory, and we do not present ourselves as one.
  • ✕We do not quote a price without a configuration behind it, and we do not publish unverified certification, stock, capacity or lead-time figures.
  • ✕We do not apply false country-of-origin or brand markings, and we do not provide forged documents of any kind.
  • ✕We do not carry freight. Your forwarder prices it against the loading plan we provide.
  • ✕We do not promise an on-site engineer in your country. We tell you what the route actually supports.

Questions buyers ask

Common questions, straight answers.

Is MekSource a factory?

No. MekSource is a China-based sourcing and coordination partner. We do not own a factory and we do not present ourselves as one. Our work is to clarify the requirement, compare suitable supplier routes, and coordinate specification, quotation, packing, spare parts and export handoff.

Do you add a margin?

Yes. We are not a free service. The question worth asking is what the margin buys: comparable quotes, an aligned specification, and one point of responsibility from specification through export.

Why will you not tell me the factory name up front?

Publishing a name before quotation stage is the fastest way to ruin a good quote. The name goes out, the cheapest option around it gets copied within days, and the price you were given stops being real. Once you are at order stage, names come into it.

Do you quote freight?

No. Your forwarder prices freight against the loading plan we provide, which includes the CBM and weight per unit.

Send one requirement and watch it screen

You do not need a finished specification. Send what you know — the load or output, the site conditions, the destination — and we will tell you what needs confirming next and which routes we can compare.
