Tell us the job before the model number

Buyers never arrive saying "I need a 2-ton forklift". They arrive saying "I need to move 40 pallets an hour in a 2.8 m aisle". Entering by application is how the right questions get asked.

Electric Forklifts

Warehousing & Distribution

Move pallets fast, in tight aisles, all shift.

The core question here is not capacity, it is the aisle. A 2-ton truck that cannot turn in your aisle is a 2-ton problem. We start from racking height, aisle width, door openings and shifts per day, then decide whether counterbalance, reach or stacker is actually the right machine.

Food Processing Plants

Move raw material, then seal the finished pack.

This is the one application that crosses both of our lines, which is why it is the most common combination our buyers ask for. Inbound handling needs electric machines because there is no diesel exhaust indoors; outbound packaging needs a sealer that matches your product, film and line speed.

  • Indoor exhaust and hygiene constraints
  • Product type, pack format and bag material
  • Line speed in packs per minute
  • Cleaning regime and washdown

Cold Storage & Freezers

Work at temperature without losing capacity or battery.

Cold changes the calculation on both sides. Battery capacity drops in low temperature, and condensation is a real electrical risk. Free lift on the mast matters because the machine often works inside a trailer. On the packaging side, film behaviour changes with temperature.

  • Entry through a trailer or dock
  • Hours per shift in the cold zone
  • Condensation and washdown exposure

Container & Loading Operations

Load, unload, and handle the machine that does it.

Two problems live here. The first is handling inside a container, which is a height and free-lift problem. The second is how the machines themselves ship — masts come off, tyres may come off, and how many fit in a 40HQ is a real number we calculate, not estimate.

  • Container size and whether units ship knocked down
  • Dock height and ramp access
  • Quantity per shipment

Sealing & Packaging

Packaging & Sealing Lines

Match sealer, film and product into one working line.

A sealer is only as good as the film and the product running through it. We work backwards from the pack: bag material and thickness, product weight and moisture, target packs per minute, then select between continuous band sealing, vacuum, or can seaming.

  • Target output per minute

Yard & Rough Ground

Deal with outdoor ground, weather and heavy loads.

Outdoors, tyre choice and ground clearance decide more than capacity. Solid tyres that are perfect indoors will punish you on gravel. This is also where we have to be honest about electric versus diesel, because some yards genuinely need the diesel route.
