Is MekSource a factory?
No. MekSource is a China-based sourcing and coordination partner. We clarify requirements, compare supplier routes, and coordinate specifications, quotation, packing, spare parts and handoff.
Are website prices final?
No. Reference starting prices are for direction only, excluding freight and final configuration. Final price requires a confirmed configuration and a current supplier quotation, which we obtain and present with its source.
Can I buy directly from the factory?
You can — and we will tell you honestly when a direct factory route is better for you. Our role is to make the comparison clear; we earn our keep where the handoff would otherwise go wrong.
What information do you need from me?
Destination country, the load or product you handle, required output or capacity, site utilities (voltage), and the port of discharge. Everything else we can ask step by step.
How long does a quotation take?
After the specification is confirmed, we obtain quotations and compare routes — typically a few business days depending on supplier response.
Do you ship worldwide?
We coordinate export to most destinations. Packing, loading and documentation are tailored to your port and market requirements.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are agreed per transaction and per supplier route, confirmed in writing before any order. We never ask for payment through the website.
Can you help with spare parts after delivery?
Yes — wear-part planning is part of the sourcing checklist we provide with the machine configuration.
Why are the factories not named up front?
Because naming them is the fastest way to ruin a good quote. Publish a factory name and the cheapest option around it gets copied within days — and the price you were given stops being real. So each option is shown by region and by what it can evidence. Once you are at quotation stage, and where the evidence supports it, we disclose the factory.
Can quotes on one configuration really be compared?
Yes, but only if the configuration is the same. We fix capacity, lift height, battery and charger before comparing, so the numbers mean the same thing.
