Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine
The workhorse of commercial vacuum packing. A chamber machine pulls a full vacuum around the product, which is why it handles liquids, wet product and irregular shapes that an external suction machine cannot. Chamber dimensions and pump size are the two specifications that decide the machine.

Material grades, tolerances and warranty positions are shown as typical values for this configuration. They are confirmed in writing per supplier route before you commit — we do not publish a grade we have not verified.
What this configuration means
Values are typical reference ranges. The final specification is confirmed per supplier route against your actual application.
| Type | Single chamber or double chamber |
|---|---|
| Chamber size | Specified per product — the limiting factor for bag size and throughput |
| Pump | Vacuum pump capacity, typically 20–100 m³/h depending on chamber size |
| Sealing | Seal bar length and count; double seal available |
| Control | Analogue or digital with programmable cycles |
| Voltage | 220 V or 380 V depending on market and model |
| Construction | Stainless steel body typically |
| Typical use | Meat, cheese, fish, prepared food, liquids and wet product |

Straight answers on Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine
Chamber or external vacuum machine?
Chamber machines handle liquids, wet product and irregular shapes because the whole product sits inside the vacuum chamber. External suction machines are cheaper and fine for dry goods in embossed bags. If your product has any liquid, chamber is the correct choice.
What chamber size do I need?
Chamber size limits the bag and the product. Measure the largest product you will pack and add clearance for the bag and seal bar. Getting this wrong is the most expensive mistake in vacuum packing.
How do I size the vacuum pump?
Pump capacity drives cycle time, especially with large chambers or high-throughput work. Tell us the throughput you need and we match pump size to it rather than to the price.
