Continuous Band Sealer (Horizontal)
The standard sealing machine for pre-made bags on a production line. A horizontal band sealer carries the bag flat through a heated band, which gives a consistent seal at continuous speed and is the most cost-effective way to seal medium volumes of bagged product.

What film materials can a band sealer handle?
Heat-sealable films including PE, PP, laminates and foil structures. Very thick or very thin films need different temperature and speed settings. Tell us the bag structure.
Do I need a separate conveyor?
Most band sealers include an adjustable infeed conveyor. For high volume or unusual bag sizes, a separate infeed or outfeed table may help. We confirm what is included per route.
How is seal quality checked?
By testing seal strength on your actual film at production speed — not by looking at the machine. We recommend a sample run on your material before you commit to a line.
