1–1.5 Ton Electric Forklift
The most common entry point for a first electric counterbalance truck. At 1–1.5 tons you can handle standard pallets indoors, work in food plants without exhaust emissions, and still fit down reasonably narrow aisles. This is also the size where supplier quotes diverge most sharply, because the same nominal capacity can be built with very different battery capacity, mast sections and controllers.

Material grades, tolerances and warranty positions are shown as typical values for this configuration. They are confirmed in writing per supplier route before you commit — we do not publish a grade we have not verified.

The options we compare for this machine
We do not publish factory names before you reach quotation stage. If we did, the cheapest quote would get copied within days and stop being real. So each option is shown by region and what stands behind it — names come when you are ready to order.

Straight answers on 1–1.5 Ton Electric Forklift
What does '1.5 ton' actually mean?
It is the rated capacity at a 500 mm load centre with the mast vertical. Long loads, off-centre loads, or lifting to full height reduce the safe working load. We check the real load against the mast, not against the brochure number.
Do I need free lift?
Free lift lets the forks rise inside the mast without increasing overall height — essential when working under low door frames or inside a container. If your building has low openings, say so before we compare routes.
Can the charger run on my site voltage?
Charger input voltage and plug type have to match your site. Tell us the voltage and phase and we will confirm what each route supplies instead of assuming a 220 V unit will work.
