Stand-Up Pouches

Retail-ready flexible packaging with shelf presence. Stand-up pouches carry a higher unit cost than flat bags but they sell product: they stand on a shelf, hold a shape, and accept high-quality printing. The buying decision is dominated by the material structure and the printing setup cost.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers on Stand-Up Pouches

What structure do I need for coffee?

Coffee usually needs a high-barrier structure plus a degassing valve for roasted beans. Ground coffee needs strong oxygen and moisture barrier. Tell us the product and shelf-life target and we specify the laminate.

How much does printing add?

Printing adds a setup cost per colour and raises the minimum order quantity. The per-unit cost then falls as volume rises. We show you the break-even volume rather than a single price.

Can I start with blank pouches?

Yes — blank stock has a much lower MOQ and no artwork cost, which is a sensible way to test a product before committing to printed packaging.
